Playable beta · nothing to install

Your table. Your rules.
The scenery comes alive.

Project Nat20 brings maps, miniatures and dice together on a real 3D table you share with your players. The game master prepares the next scenes without pausing the session, then takes everyone there when ready.

From a real sessionLe passage

A table, not a rulebook

Project Nat20 does not decide how you play.

No rules engine gets in the way. Project Nat20 provides the space, the objects, the dice and the permissions; your group keeps its own rules and its own way of telling a story.

Around the same table

Everything a session needs, in one place.

From the GM's quiet preparation to the last die rolled, the tools stay close to the game and every change reaches everyone without reloading the page.

Prepare, then reveal

The GM prepares another page while the players stay in the current one, then publishes the new setting at the right moment.

Handle it in 3D

Tokens, GLB miniatures, maps and props live on a table with camera, grid, movement and shared visibility.

Roll together

The dice really roll, bounce off the miniatures, and the top face is announced to everyone at the table.

Tidy, not piled up

Browsable folders hold pages, maps and miniatures, and each adventure keeps its own.

Give the scene an hour

Place the sun or pick a time of day, then wrap the board in a panorama: shadows and mood follow the scene.

Hand out the right gestures

The game master grants 58 capabilities player by player, and keeps hidden what belongs behind the screen.

In the beta today

Real features, and an honest roadmap.

This site does not present a mockup as a finished product. The list below matches what has actually been shipped and tested.

Understand the project
  • Maps, tokens and 3D miniatures imported into a private library
  • Pages prepared aside, then published to the whole table by the GM
  • Synchronised physical dice, chat and gestures visible in real time
  • Rights delegated player by player, capability by capability
  • A private notebook, and notes the GM shares read-only
  • Fog of war filtered by the server, sun and panoramas

An evening in four moves

Preparation stays backstage. The session keeps flowing.

  1. 01

    Create the adventure

The GM opens a campaign and invites players by their @handle.

  2. 02

    Set the scenes

Maps, miniatures, light and props are arranged page by page.

  3. 03

    Play together

Everyone sees the same moves, dice, pings and messages.

  4. 04

    Move on

The GM publishes what comes next when it is ready; the players arrive together.

Frequently asked

Before you sit down.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Project Nat20 runs in a recent desktop browser. The 3D table is built for keyboard and mouse; small screens are mostly suited to the management pages.

Does it cost anything?

A free plan, with no card required, is enough to create an adventure and play. Paid plans add seats, pages and assets; their limits are shown before anyone subscribes.

Which game system is supported?

Every system your group knows how to play. Project Nat20 does not compute rules for you and depends on no system licence.

Who can see my maps and miniatures?

Your personal library stays private. An asset placed in an adventure is only served to the members allowed to see it. The privacy policy explains the detail.

The table is ready. Your group is missing.

Create an adventure, lay out a first scene and invite your players. The beta is open, no card required.
